Job summary

S&B USA Construction is seeking a Pursuits Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling for major infrastructure projects. You will advance Bid and Baseline Schedules, support time impact and mitigation analyses, and drive continuous improvement in project controls across mega projects.

The role requires a decade of scheduling experience, advanced Primavera P6 skills, and strong leadership. Expect collaboration with estimating, engineering, and field teams, with a focus on timely, accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in schedule control for heavy civil construction.
• Advanced Primavera P6 knowledge.
• Intermediate PowerBI knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and mitigate scheduling risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of scheduling professionals and provide guidance and training.
• Develop Bid and Baseline Schedules for assigned mega projects.
• Assist project managers in Time Impact, Mitigation, and Claim analyses.
• Coordinate weekly schedule updates and monthly reports.
• Identify schedule risks and prepare risk dashboards.
• Collaborate with estimating, project engineers, and superintendents.
