The role focuses on developing complex schedules using Primavera P6, maintaining schedules, collecting progress data, and delivering accurate status reports to senior management.

Qualified candidates will have experience in large, complex projects, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing project schedules for large, complex projects.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with cost tracking, forecasting, and project budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other PM tools.

Responsabilités

• Define activities, durations, sequences, and relationships to develop scope of work and milestones.
• Ensure logic supports customer detail and internal standards; account for scope and deliverables.
• Develop integrated schedules (resource loading/leveling) with critical path methodology.
• Mentor junior schedulers and lead schedule review meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide schedule status updates, risks, and action items to senior management.
• Interface with site teams, contractors, and AEP leadership to ensure alignment.
