Job summary

Confidential Data Centre is seeking a Senior Scheduler to serve as Owner’s Representative on large-scale data center construction projects. Enhanced Staffing, Inc. partners with the client to drive schedule oversight, performance analysis, and contractor coordination.

You will ensure schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives, working closely with the owner’s team and general contractor to maintain momentum and adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling and project control tools, Primavera P6 is a must.
• Strong skills in resource analysis, data analytics, earned value management, and risk analysis.
• Data center scheduling knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Experience with forensic schedule analysis and identifying/addressing project delays is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

• Oversee schedule oversight, performance analysis, and contractor coordination.

Position Overview

Enhanced Staffing is partnering with a confidential data center client to identify a Senior Scheduler who will act as an Owner’s Representative supporting large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. This role is focused on schedule oversight, performance analysis, and contractor coordination, ensuring schedules are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project objectives. You will work closely with the owner’s team and general contractor to drive best practices and maintain project momentum.
