Job Title: Senior Scheduler

Salary: Based on experience and will be discussed with the manager during the interview

Requirements: Must be a US Citizen and pass a federal background review and drug screening

Duties/Responsibilities:
  1. Perform as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims to determine impact on construction schedule in support of construction management activities related to federal government projects.
  2. Create and implement Critical Path Method (CPM) Baseline Schedule using Primavera P6.
  3. Update monthly construction schedule with narratives and progress analysis.
  4. Ensure contractor schedules logically plan the work, identify activity sequence and milestones, and predict completion dates.
  5. Provide an accurate as-built record of the project’s progress from NTP to final acceptance, assessing schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding, and work breakdown structure.
  6. Participate in monthly schedule review meetings with the client and contractor, analyzing progress and producing schedule reports using Primavera.
  7. Perform schedule impact analysis for modifications and produce related documentation.
  8. Create schedule fragnets for inclusion in change order documentation.
  9. Analyze current and future workload in Primavera P6.
  10. Provide manpower resourcing reports.
  11. Analyze contractor schedules and advise the client on schedule revisions.
Education/Experience:
  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Minimum of 20 years of scheduling experience with large federal government construction projects.
  3. Experience with the latest version of Primavera P6, including 01 32 01.00 10 (Project Schedule).
  4. Experience using RMS 3.0.
  5. Preferred certifications: CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP).
