A leading infrastructure firm in Charlotte seeks an experienced professional for project planning and scheduling. You will develop strategies to enhance project controls, ensure adherence to processes, and coordinate scheduling benchmarks. With a minimum of 9 years in project controls and expertise in MS Project, Primavera P6, and Acumen Suite, you will lead reporting efforts to stakeholders. The role offers a salary range of $130,000 - $160,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in project controls and time/schedule management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project planning and scheduling controls strategy.
• Adhere to financial, business, and project processes across all project stages.
• Provide schedules for accurate estimating and benchmarking.
• Coordinate internal and external schedule benchmarks.
• Prepare and manage WBS/CBS in collaboration with the Cost Engineer.
• Monitor detailed and summary schedules throughout project lifecycle.
• Develop schedule risk analysis and mitigation plans.
• Establish project-wide progress measurement and reporting system.
• Generate schedule reports and project updates for stakeholders.
• Support project closeout planning and perform other duties as assigned.
