Job summary

NiSource is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler in a hybrid setup (in-office Tue-Thu) with locations in Columbus OH, Canonsburg PA, and Valparaiso IN. The role focuses on integrated schedule management, predictive forecasting, and strategic schedule leadership across major projects.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction/engineering schedules, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced spreadsheets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction/engineering scheduling experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing schedules in large industrial capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Integrates schedule management with scope, cost, risk and quality systems.
• Develops fully integrated project baselines from plan to objective.
• Leads predictive schedule analysis and forecasting using risk-based methods.
• Conducts contract schedule reviews and assesses contractor performance.
• Tailors schedule processes and tools to project needs and lifecycle.
• Produces strategic schedule reports for stakeholders and executives.
