We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scheduler to support large-scale utility infrastructure projects. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects by developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to project teams and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of scheduling methodologies, project controls, and construction sequencing in the utility or energy sector. This individual will work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Tools commonly used include Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the utility or energy industry.

- Expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for schedule development and maintenance.

- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling and resource loading.

- Experience integrating schedules with cost and risk management tools.

- Ability to develop and maintain baseline schedules, perform schedule variance analysis, and generate what-if scenarios.

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and SharePoint for data management and reporting.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present schedule updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.

- Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) or supporting capital project portfolios.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and finance.

Compensation: $67/hr-$87.50/hr - Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Duration: 12 months to 72 months, potential direct conversion
