Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Scheduler in New York to lead project scheduling using CPM, develop and maintain WBS, and coordinate with partners to manage interdependencies. You will provide regular progress updates, drive schedule integrity, and support procurement and contract strategy documents.

Qualifications

• Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience and can interpret findings to stakeholders.
• Detail oriented and quality focused in scheduling and deliverables.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Working experience using Primavera P6 for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines using CPM.
• Define clear ownership for all deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners for strong client outcomes.
• Ensure schedule aligns with execution plans including contracting, procurement and project control documents.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.

The Opportunity

In this role you will

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical plan method
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables is defined via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome
• Ensure schedule adheres to the project execution plan and in particular contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress
