Job summary

Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of scheduling experience for acquisition programs.
• Must be fully trained/experienced in Primavera as a scheduling tool.
• Experience in EVM and establishing EACs.
• Ability to support complex acquisition development projects and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Gather data, establish, and maintain a Project Master Schedule for an Army Aviation Acquisition Program using Primavera.
• Coordinate inputs from participating groups and ensure proper network logic and critical path reporting.
• Conduct trend analyses, baseline versus current, and cost/schedule risk assessments.
• Track schedule progress and develop custom reports and metrics.
• Provide guidance on schedule work-arounds and recovery plans for customers.
• Integrate cost and schedule, assess impacts of changes to baselines.
• Update project status, consolidate monthly progress updates, and report to stakeholders.
• Participate in Risk Management and Earned Value Management reporting.
• Prepare Estimates at Completion and support the PPBE process.
