Senior Schedule Analyst – TS/SCI Clearance w/CI Poly Required
Location

Chantilly, VA

Job Description

Leffler Consulting is seeking a seasoned Schedule Analyst to join our team in Chantilly providing support to national security satellite ground systems. This position will reside full-time on-site with the government customer. An active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CI Poly is required.

Duties
  • Apply the principles, theories, and analytic methods of schedule analysis, and perform complex schedule analyses of projects and programs ensuring effective insight into accomplishment of mission requirements.
  • Perform schedule diagnostic/health assessments; trend analysis; schedule realism analysis of status and remaining durations; correlation of schedule and cost performance analysis.
  • Calculate total float and analyze program for float growth.
  • Validate program schedule variance to ensure program remains on schedule.
  • Identify critical, secondary, and tertiary critical paths – analyze schedule performance and calculate path float erosion and changes.
  • Work independently or as a contractor team lead to conduct assessments on program schedule baselines, identify key schedule risk areas, and translate the identified risk areas into program schedule impacts.
  • Understand contract reports and perform data collection and organization.
  • Perform risk and uncertainty analysis.
  • Communicate results and provide recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely.
Required Education
  • A bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related or business field.
Required Experience
  • Years of required scheduling experience vary according to position level.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with schedule models and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables and macros).
  • IC and/or DoD experience preferred.
