Qualifications

• Certification in scaffold safety preferred.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and dismantle scaffolding systems per blueprints and safety standards.
• Assess job sites to determine scaffold needs and layout.
• Ensure scaffolding remains secure and properly supported.
• Lead and guide junior scaffolders on-site for safe, efficient work.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to meet schedules.
• Inspect scaffolding before, during, and after installation for safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment and keep area clean.
