Qualifications

• Able to erect scaffolding and build structures from scratch with minimal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Erect, modify and stage scaffolding per guidelines.
• Plan labor and materials and ensure safety.
• Inspect scaffolds before use and after changes.
• Keep work area clean and prep site.
• Unload and move scaffolding materials.
• Install ladders, walkways, safety netting and handrails.
• Ensure quality and labor efficiency targets are met.
• Travel to different Austal USA sites as needed.
• Adhere to company policies.
