Job summary

Accrescent Group is seeking a driven SCADA Analyst IV to collaborate with business partners and technical teams to identify requirements and develop scalable SCADA solutions and data designs.

The role provides technical leadership in SCADA/OT environments, drives continuous improvement, and designs OT data pipelines that integrate with enterprise platforms such as Databricks to deliver reliable operational data for analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a technical field.
• 8+ years in a SCADA or leadership role with strong technical acumen.
• Experience with SCADA tools and industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, MQTT).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in SCADA/OT environments and mentor team members.
• Design and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA and enterprise platforms.
• Develop scalable SCADA solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Troubleshoot OT data flows, improve data quality, and ensure reliability.
• Lead standardization, automation, and on-time project delivery.
