Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a SCADA Engineer to maintain and expand SCADA infrastructure across a large fleet of renewable energy projects in North America, Latin America, and Europe. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate upgrades and ensure reliable data transmission, while mentoring others on new SCADA technologies.

The role emphasizes working with OEMs and integrating telemetry across wind, solar, storage, and transmission assets.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of industry experience supporting renewable energy generation equipment.
• Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for OEM hardware and software capabilities.
• Collaborate with Performance Analytics and Availability Engineering to validate system modifications and maintain operation of generation equipment.
• Support facilities and the Invenergy Control Center with upkeep/troubleshooting of field equipment.
• Troubleshoot and improve SCADA system reliability to enhance performance.
• Lead technical resolutions with OEMs, integrators, and other engineering functions.
• Mentor teammates on new SCADA technologies, tools, processes, and standards.
