Job summary

PSC is seeking a Senior Consultant II to lead and deliver SCADA, EMS, DMS, and ADMS projects (E-Terra) for utility clients across the US and Canada. The role emphasizes hands-on technical execution, team leadership, and strategic consulting throughout the lifecycle of energy control systems.

This senior position includes mentoring junior engineers, shaping technical direction, and ensuring successful delivery of complex system integrations for power generation, transmission, and distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Power Systems Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on SCADA/EMS/DMS/ADMS experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of vendor systems such as GE, Aspentech, Schneider, Siemens, or ABB.
• Experience with EMS/DMS domains including SCADA, Generation, Network, and Dispatcher Training.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technical and strategic direction for SCADA, EMS, DMS, ADMS, and Markets lifecycles.
• Lead design for new and upgraded systems and mentor junior engineers.
• Manage project deliverables, proposals, and statements of work.
• Perform system integration, FAT/SAT testing, and troubleshooting with vendors and clients.
• Develop scripts for configuration, data conversion, and testing.
• Design and manage database models for new and existing systems.
