Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 4 years SBA lending experience.
• Minimum of 5 years SBA/Business/Commercial lending experience.
• SBA loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with Commercial loan underwriting systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task PC and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Market a full range of banking services to SBA loan eligible businesses with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis.
• Originate SBA loans with emphasis on client contact, origination and analysis.
• Review financial statements and supporting documents, structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analysis, and prepare credit packages.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, agency guidelines and bank policies.
