Job summary

KeyData Cyber in the United States is seeking an IAM Specialist to own Saviynt EIC administration, troubleshooting, and platform support. You will lead onboarding of applications using REST, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, and CSV connectors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance and access management best practices.

You will enhance identity lifecycle processes, investigate issues, and contribute to upgrades and roadmap initiatives while creating documentation for support teams

Qualifications

• 8+ years IAM experience with 4+ years Saviynt IGA/EIC.
• Expertise in Saviynt workflows, rules, analytics, and SoD management.
• Experience onboarding applications, JML, RBAC/ABAC, and access governance.
• REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON, and Groovy scripting in Saviynt.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for Saviynt EIC with admin and support.
• Lead application onboarding using REST, JDBC, LDAP, SCIM, CSV, and Disconnected apps.
• Configure workflows, roles, entitlements, provisioning, access requests, certification campaigns, and SoD.
• Improve Joiner-Mover-Leaver, birthright provisioning, and policy-based automation.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, connectors, job execution, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IAM, security, infrastructure, compliance, and app teams to implement governance.
• Support platform upgrades, roadmap initiatives, and DevOps deployments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Improve access governance reporting, role management, and certification processes.
