This role requires 7+ years of sauté cook experience in an Italian/seafood restaurant and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 7+ years sauté cook experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of seafood and pasta preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
