• 5+ years hardware design and validation of components, subsystems, and systems.
• 2+ years scripting or programming (Python, MATLAB, C).

Responsibilities

• Develop, augment, and support testing from subsystems to full spacecraft for flight suitability.
• Lead definition and implementation of organization-wide test strategies to mitigate product risks.
• Collaborate with avionics, payload and software teams to gather requirements and design test plans.
• Own vehicle-level test campaigns and coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and ground teams for thorough spacecraft testing.
• Communicate risks across teams and ensure mission success.
• Develop complex test automation sequences using Python.
• Create innovative hardware and processes to improve testing capabilities.
• Design, execute, and analyze RF/payload testing for vehicle-level campaigns.
