Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior User Terminal Antenna & RF Systems Engineer to lead RF/antenna architecture, validation, and product roadmaps for satellite terminals across fixed, mobile, maritime, aeronautical, and land-mobile platforms.

Responsibilities include defining performance requirements, guiding supplier reviews, and driving system-level simulations and testing. Strong leadership, documentation, and collaboration with product teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum five years of experience in satellite communications, RF engineering, antenna systems.
• Experience designing, integrating, testing, or evaluating RF antenna systems.
• Preferred advanced degrees and ESA development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical requirements for advanced user terminal antenna systems.
• Define, allocate, and verify antenna performance requirements for fixed, mobile, maritime, aeronautical, and land-mobile terminals.
• Lead supplier design reviews, technical assessments, architecture evaluations, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance to multidisciplinary development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive validation, characterization, and verification plans for prototype and production antenna systems.
