Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with RF fundamentals including carrier operations and link budgets.
• Experience in NOC operations with emergency response and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex customer cases involving satellite-ground network performance.
• Provide technical guidance during high-severity incidents.
• Develop troubleshooting playbooks and knowledge base articles.
