• Stay hands‑on when necessary — reviewing schematics and supporting board bring‑up.
• Debug digital systems and power systems focusing on reliability and integration.
• Define engineering standards and oversee design reviews and validation.
• Shape team structure and represent EE in program reviews and discussions.
