Job summary

Cinteot Inc. is seeking a Satellite Communications Systems Security Engineer to identify tools, devices, and security strategies for DoD satellite and communications systems.

You will develop and implement security solutions, create RMF artifacts, and perform vulnerability management to protect critical national security assets. You will join a team supporting engineering, sustainment, and management of communications systems, with mentoring and hands-on problem solving to grow as a team while

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing, testing and validating STIGs and self-assessments
• 7+ years of IAVA actions and compliant engineering responses
• 7+ years of deploying and validating ESS/ACAS/CMRS and remediation strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and map STIGs and ensure compliance across DoD systems
• Perform vulnerability management and RMF packaging for accreditation
• Brief client leadership on security posture and remediation plans
• Create documentation supporting RMF processes and risk management activities
• Support risk assessments and test strategies for security controls
