Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in systems engineering for RF SATCOM or related tech.
• Proven ability to architect, develop, validate complex RF systems.
• Experience leading design reviews and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with RF components: amplifiers, converters, oscillators, antennas.
• US citizenship with DoD security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and interface design across SATCOM payloads and terminals.
• Evaluate RF sub-assemblies and COTS components (antennas, LNBs, HPAs, mixers).
• Direct requirements flow-down, matrix traceability, and verification testing.
• Lead requirements IPTs with customers and suppliers; present at PDR/CDR.
• Support multiple programs through concept to production delivery.
• Refine analysis, monitoring, and test frameworks for better performance.
