Job summary

The role requires active Secret clearance and extensive defense-program experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and report to executives while engaging NATO, government, and industry partners. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, SATCOM, or military communications.
• Experience managing $10M+ programs with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong financial, scheduling, risk management, and lifecycle support capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring technical, cost, schedule, quality, and customer objectives.
• Serve as primary interfaces with NATO, government, military, and industry partners.
• Develop and manage programs’ plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and metrics.
• Provide executive-level status reporting, reviews, and milestone planning.
• Oversee system integration, deployment, testing, and sustainment activities.
