Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, SATCOM, or military communications programs.
• Experience managing programs valued at $10M+ with multiple stakeholders and geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong understanding of PM principles, risk management, scheduling, resource planning, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution to achieve technical, cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Serve as primary customer interface with NATO, government, military, and industry partners.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, resources, performance metrics, and contractual requirements.
• Provide executive status reporting, conduct reviews, and lead customer meetings and milestones.
• Oversee subcontractor, vendor, and supplier performance for successful delivery.
• Direct system integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment activities.
