Remote (U.S.) | Part-Time Contract | 15–25 hours/week | $80–$100/hour

LingoAce is seeking a highly experienced SAT Assessment & Content Lead to serve as the senior academic authority for our SAT content initiative.

This role is focused on setting content standards, evaluating quality, and helping build a strong SAT content team. You will define what high-quality SAT preparation content should look like, evaluate the capabilities of content developers, and ensure that materials accurately reflect the current Digital SAT.

What You’ll Own

• Define overall content and assessment standards for Digital SAT preparation materials.
• Establish clear expectations for question quality, difficulty, skill coverage, explanations, and practice-test construction.
• Review and evaluate SAT questions, assessments, and practice materials produced by the content team.
• Identify quality gaps and provide clear academic direction for improvement.
• Evaluate and help select SAT Math and Reading & Writing content developers.
• Develop review criteria, rubrics, and quality-control processes to maintain consistent standards.
• Provide academic guidance on Digital SAT structure, content domains, question design, and student testing experience.
• Serve as the senior SAT subject-matter authority across curriculum, content, and product teams.
• Help identify and attract high-quality SAT educators, content developers, and subject-matter experts.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of relevant experience in SAT/test preparation, standardized assessment, educational content, curriculum, or related academic leadership.
• Deep, current knowledge of the Digital SAT and strong understanding of both Math and Reading & Writing.
• Significant experience reviewing, evaluating, or leading the development of SAT or standardized-test content.
• Strong judgment in distinguishing high-quality assessment content from content that is inaccurate, poorly designed, improperly calibrated, or not representative of the SAT.
• Experience evaluating, selecting, mentoring, or managing content developers, instructors, item writers, or subject-matter experts.
• Experience creating or owning content standards, review guidelines, rubrics, assessment frameworks, or similar quality systems.
• Strong understanding of how students prepare for and succeed on the SAT.
• Excellent analytical, editorial, and communication skills.

Strong Plus

• Experience with a major test-preparation organization, assessment provider, educational publisher, or established SAT learning platform.
• Experience building or overseeing SAT question banks, practice tests, or large-scale test-preparation programs.
• An established network of SAT educators, content developers, or assessment professionals.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated educational or assessment content.

• Compensation: $80–$100/hour, based on experience
