Job summary

TPAPT is seeking an experienced Test Prep Instructor to deliver ACT/SAT instruction and provide personalized student support. You will work closely with families, maintain student confidentiality, and contribute to department initiatives. Prior experience with learning differences and strong organizational skills are essential.

The role offers a stable schedule, guaranteed hours at a dedicated office, and opportunities to grow into curriculum development or coaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years of experience instructing ACT and/or SAT prep.
• Experience working with students with learning differences and accommodations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and GSuite.

Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with a cohort of students to teach test prep skills (20–24 hours per week).
• Establish and maintain relationships with students and families.
• Collaborate with Test Prep Leadership to plan for each student while maintaining confidentiality.
• Collaborate with instructors from other departments to support students.
• Attend Test Prep meetings and development opportunities.
• Assist students with testing accommodations as needed.
