ICEYE US is seeking a SAR Scientist to advance radar processing capabilities and deliver mission-ready solutions. You will collaborate with a small team of scientists and engineers who care deeply about physics and production software, shipping capabilities that matter to operators and researchers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a similar field.
• 5+ years experience in a similar engineering role (RF, systems, or electrical).
• 2+ years experience developing SAR processing algorithms.
• Understanding of SAR imaging physics and image formation algorithms.
• Proficiency prototyping with Python; Linux command line; Git.
• US citizenship with TS/SCI or ability/willingness to pursue one.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software solutions addressing SAR data processing and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transition code into scalable, production pipelines.
• Maintain mastery of ICEYE products and data processing workflows.
• Work cross-functionally to root cause and resolve product or customer issues.
• Contribute to system and algorithm design decisions; participate in agile development.
