We are looking for an expert-level SAP VIM Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) on SAP S/4HANA. The role focuses on workflow optimization, issue resolution, and providing strategic guidance on VIM configurations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize and streamline SAP VIM workflows and invoice processing for operational excellence.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex VIM technical and performance issues in S/4HANA environments.
  

• Analyze current VIM setups and implement performance improvements, focusing on invoice approval cycles and exception handling.
  

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and propose VIM solutions.
  

• Recommend and implement VIM best practices, ensuring compliance with client business processes.
  

• Provide expert-level consulting, support, and issue resolution for VIM-related queries.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP VIM (versions 2.x, 1809+, or higher) on SAP S/4HANA.
  

• Proven ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize VIM workflows and processes.
  

• Expertise in workflow analysis, process optimization, and performance tuning.
  

• Good understanding of SAP FI/AP and MM modules, including integration with VIM.
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• SAP S/4HANA experience is mandatory.
