Job summary

Zohorecruit in Austin, TX seeks a Sr SAP Vertex Techno-functional Consultant for an onsite role. Must have Vertex implementation experience and a strong SAP background; 5+ years on Vertex, 8–10 years overall consulting experience.

Responsibilities include integrating Vertex with SAP and eCommerce platforms, managing indirect tax projects in US and international contexts, and working in an on-site/offshore model with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Vertex implementation experience; 8-10 years of overall SAP consulting experience.
• Experience with Vertex setups (TPC, TPD, Tax Assist Rules, etc.).
• Experience in Vertex integration with SAP and eCommerce platforms.
• US and international indirect tax experience.
• SAP and Vertex ECM/CC experience preferred.
• Excellent communication with team on technical requirements.
• Willingness to learn new areas and be a good team player.

Responsibilities

• The ability to communicate effectively with customers, end users and team members.
• Possess > 8 years of professional SAP consulting experience.
• SAP implementation project experience and SLDC awareness.
• Ability to manage expectations, project scope and client needs to suggest best solutions.
• Ability to create, manage, communicate and meet project timelines and goals.
• Experience of working in Onsite – Offshore model.
• SAP certification – Preferred.
