Job summary

Infosys Limited's Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in the United States seeks a Package Consultant 3 to analyze complex processes, define solution architecture, and drive ERP customizations and integrations.

You will lead data migrations, optimize performance, ensure security, and develop documentation and training to empower users. Bachelor's degree and Vertex SAP experience are required; relocation/travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience may substitute for education.
• Vertex O-Series experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience integrating Vertex with SAP and custom applications.
• Strong knowledge of API contracts, payload structures, and error handling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, guiding customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement ERP customizations and develop software with the development team.
• Lead large-scale data migrations ensuring data integrity and smooth transitions.
• Implement performance optimization, security protocols, and compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation and lead training workshops for user groups.
