Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to join our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in the United States. The role focuses on ERP architecture, extensive SAP customization, and leading large-scale integration and data migration initiatives within S/4HANA environments.

You will define solution architectures, drive end-to-end implementation of SAP SD processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment.
• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting and architecture/design of processes.
• Experience in SAP SD Skills and S4HANA Order to Cash processes.
• Minimum 1 S4HANA greenfield end-to-end implementation.
• Knowledge of RICEFW, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in SAP.
• Ability to configure and customize SAP SD to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, and lead security/compliance audits.
• Create detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for varied user groups.
