Job summary

VertexOne, a leading SaaS provider for utilities, seeks a client success manager (SAP Utilities) to manage a portfolio of accounts remotely across North America. You will ensure contract compliance, drive adoption, and lead executive business reviews.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in account management within utilities or SaaS, with strong SAP IS-U/CCS experience and excellent stakeholder communication. Travel within North America is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in account management or client success roles in SaaS/utilities.
• 3+ years managing contracts, SLAs, and client commitments.
• Experience with SAP utilities solutions and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned client portfolio and ensure contract compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, adoption, and renewals.
• Lead client reviews and align service delivery with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain account success plans and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with Finance for reporting and invoicing.
