Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Senior Manager - SAP Treasury to lead advisory services, solution design, and delivery for treasury transformation initiatives. You will guide engagements from assessment through deployment, partnering with CFOs and finance leaders to deliver strategic, tech-enabled finance transformations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, IT Systems, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of consulting or corporate treasury experience with SAP Treasury focus.
• 5+ years in a management or senior SME role.
• Experience across SAP Treasury implementation lifecycle from design to stabilization.
• Minimum of 5 full cycle S4HANA treasury implementations with hands-on work.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Cash Management, In-House Cash, TRM, BCM, bank connectivity, liquidity, treasury controls.
• Experience leading treasury transformations and platform implementations.
• Ability to travel ~40% on average.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME in SAP Treasury including SAP Cash Management and In-House Cash.
• Lead client pursuits, shape solution strategy, support proposal development and presentations.
• Own and deliver complex SAP Treasury engagements end-to-end from design to go-live and stabilization.
• Lead, coach, and develop multi-workstream teams with accountability and execution focus.
• Advise on treasury operating model design, process improvement, and deployment optimization.
• Serve as senior advisor across concurrent engagements ensuring quality and consistency.
• Contribute to eminence, marketplace activation, and practice development efforts.
• Develop tools, assets, and accelerators to strengthen delivery.
• Apply project economics skills including staffing, forecasting, governance, and risk management.
