The Role

As part of our Professional Services Consulting team DACH, we seek candidates with senior German SAP time experience.

As a Senior German Time Consultant, you will work with our German clients and our delivery center in Granada, Spain. Cross-team collaboration in English is vital. Future career growth may include expanding skills within SFSF Employee Central, SF Time, point-to-point integration, and other HR systems solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or multiple customer assignments
• Lead design workshops to gather time management requirements
• Analyze client requirements
• Create functional documentation and workbooks
• Implement customer requirements in SAP HCM PT or SF Time Tracking, with support from technical teams
• Data migration
• Lead testing cycles (Unit, User Acceptance Testing)
• Coordinate across work streams, including hybrid SuccessFactors modules
• Support sales and pre-sales activities, including due diligence workshops for payroll

Requirements

Essential

• Senior expertise in positive and negative time management
• Senior SAP time configuration skills in German environment
• Client-focused with strong understanding of client needs
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset across Europe and India teams
• Fluent in German and English
• Knowledge of SAP reporting tools
• Understanding of time management processes
• Experience with software development life cycle in structured projects
• Experience with SAP Time system maintenance and support (preferred)

Work Experience

• Multiple SAP time project implementations, including clocking integrations
• Experience working remotely in a multinational, collaborative environment using tools like Teams and Outlook
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in busy environments
• Proficient in business English, both spoken and written
• Basic ABAP knowledge
