Zusammenfassung

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced SAP/ERP Tax Implementer to join the Tax Technology and Transformation team in the US market. You’ll lead enterprise tax automation by integrating SAP ECC/S4 with external engines or native SAP tax features, collaborating with US-based clients and EY tax teams.

The role requires 6+ years in SAP ERP, 5+ years in techno-functional SAP, VAT/transaction tax experience, and strong API familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Engineering or equivalent; or Master’s with 4+ years of indirect tax experience.
• 6+ years of SAP ERP experience (ECC and S4).
• 5+ years hands-on techno-functional experience with SAP ERP modules (R2R, O2C, P2P).
• Proven experience integrating SAP ERP with third-party tax engines (Vertex, ONESOURCE, Sovos).
• Experience supporting VAT and transaction tax solutions.
• Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with US-based clients.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 40%.

Aufgaben

• Lead and deliver enterprise tax automation projects by integrating SAP ERP with external tax engines or native SAP tax functionality.
• Coordinate technical resources and define solutions to meet client tax requirements.
• Configure SAP tax integration across Finance, O2C, and P2P processes; develop SAP ABAP/RICEFW as needed.
• Design data analytics and global digital tax reporting solutions.
• Manage client communications and provide status updates to EY teams.
