Job summary

Bridge Atlantic is seeking a Senior SAP Syniti Consultant to design, develop, and implement data solutions for enterprise SAP initiatives. You will lead data migration efforts, optimize Syniti jobs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and scalability.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP Syniti data migration and strong SQL/database skills, with remote work options and exposure to SAP ECC/S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP Syniti Data Migration and data integration experience.
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and related data structures.
• Experience with SAP LTMC, LSMW, or Migration Cockpit.
• Proficiency in SQL and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL processes using SAP Syniti for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality and consistency.
• Lead data migration efforts for SAP S/4HANA or other SAP modules.
• Optimize Syniti jobs for performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including data mapping and transformation logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and status reporting.
