Job summary

Belden is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration expert to lead end-to-end data migration projects using Syniti ADMM/Knowledge Platform and ETL tools. You will shape data models and oversee validation, cleansing, and reconciliation to ensure high-quality data migration.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to data governance and security standards while delivering on project timelines. A hybrid/remote-friendly work setup is available where feasible.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP data migration experience on greenfield or brownfield projects.
• Proven experience with LTMC, DMC, BODS and Syniti tools for ETL.
• Strong SAP data model knowledge (Materials, Business Partners, BOMs, Routings) and ECC/S/4HANA familiarity.
• Experience with data cleansing, profiling, validation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end data migration projects, aligning with objectives and SAP implementation strategies.
• Configure data migration tools including Syniti ADMM and BODS for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define data mapping and migration requirements, scope, and timelines.
• Develop and implement data migration plans, including data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data quality and identify issues prior to migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design and optimize data migration processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards throughout the migration process.
