Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP delivery leader with extensive experience in Supply Chain transformation. You will guide large-scale SAP programs, shape business cases, and drive end-to-end roadmaps, leveraging SAP and partner solutions to deliver measurable value for clients globally.

You will work in a highly collaborative, innovation-led environment, often traveling 0–100% to work onsite with clients or remotely, and you will mentor teams while shaping industry best practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years proven experience leading large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain.
• 8+ years leading SAP transformation across multiple industries.
• 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Industry specific Clients.
• Experience managing large SAP delivery teams (50-100 people) in a Global Delivery model.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client executives on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of SAP solutions (current & future).
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutions.
• Advise, design and deliver solutions based on the latest industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams of varying size and scope – onsite with clients or within Accenture.
• Become a trusted expert and advisor to your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership by staying current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts.
