Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services seeks a remote professional to design, test, and implement Source to Pay applications, collaborating with the functional teams and guiding initiatives using Scaled Agile Framework. You will influence peers and stakeholders while delivering value in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role requires a STEM degree with 2+ years of experience, SAP development standards, design reviews, testing practices, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in STEM with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP development standards and change control processes.
• Experience conducting design reviews with peers and managing upgrades/defects.
• Experience developing test plans and fixing issues.
• Experience with root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Influence others within the work area by explaining facts, policies and practices.
• Achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the work area.
• Work autonomously on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments.
• Design, unit test, and implement Source to Pay applications with the functional team.
