Job summary

SSR Mining Inc. in Denver, CO seeks an experienced SAP Business Solutions Architect to design and deliver SAP-based solutions across S/4HANA and related modules, aligning technical architecture with mining operations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, define integration strategies, support deployments and upgrades, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ROI and ensure SOX/compliance readiness in a fast-paced mining environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS.
• 10+ years of SAP architecture and implementation experience.
• 8+ years in Senior Consulting roles with S/4HANA projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules FICO, MM, PS, PM, IM
• Excellent understanding of mining industry business processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration approaches and UAT flows.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end SAP solutions across S/4HANA and related modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Design integration strategies between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Support SAP implementations and upgrades (SAC, BDC).
• Partner with business leads to ensure alignment with processes and SAP best practices.
• Governance, compliance (SOX, ICFR), and change management support.
• Mentor teams and support end-user training.
