Job summary

Blue Star Partners LLC seeks a Senior IT Engineer to support SAP solution delivery across Meter-to-Cash, Customer Service, and SAP S/4HANA Utilities. You will review designs, guide development, and coordinate multi-vendor activities to ensure secure, quality SAP implementations.

Role requires deep SAP experience, ABAP/BASIS, and familiarity with SAP BTP, APIs, and GRC. Hybrid work in Columbus, OH with on-site Tue-Thu and remote Mon/Fri; rate $62–$82/hour; contract through April 1, 2027 with

Qualifications

Currently authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP solution delivery and integration.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Service Cloud/C4C, BTP, ABAP, BASIS, FICA.
Experience with RESTful APIs, middleware, SAP APIs, and RICEFW development.
Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and security/compliance in SAP.
Ability to coordinate across multi-vendor environments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Review SAP technical designs, development outputs, code, configuration, and test results.
Provide guidance on SAP implementation practices, standards, and integration.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for delivery and testing.
Support deployment planning, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy in SAP solutions.
