Job summary

Lumen is pursuing a Sr Lead Solution Architect to shape AI-ready connectivity for enterprise clients. You will partner with business units to craft technical architectures, deliver end-to-end solutions, and present compelling proposals that align with business goals.

You will lead strategic discovery, architect SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS integrations, and guide workshops with IT and business stakeholders to drive value. Location-flexible with remote options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain/P2P experience with at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA transformation, or 8+ years with a master’s.
• Familiar with Flexible workflow, reverse logistics, serialization, ATP, Vertex tax engine, SAP BTP, standard APIs, EDI, and MDG.
• Module Integrations with core elements along with data exchange with other applications including 3PL and AP platforms.
• Proven track record of architecting complex end-to-end supply chain landscapes—integrating SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and solution discussions with IT and business stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve complex issues, focus ambiguous needs into deliverable requirements, and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently or in a team to build complex customer solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs through strategic discovery and deliver a technical solution meeting business value.
• Design end-to-end architecture flows for Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.
• Lead business meetings and deliver technical proposals and presentations with business acumen.
• Act as client advocate in workshops, RFP/RFI responses, demonstrations, and ROI discussions.
• Align technology solutions with clients’ business objectives and roadmaps.
