Job summary

Lumen Technologies seeks a Sr Lead Solution Architect to partner with business units, shaping growth through deep technical and business acumen. You will deliver end-to-end supply chain architectures, guiding Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash transformations while aligning technology with strategic objectives.

You will lead technical workshops, present proposals, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to drive measurable value. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years of Supply Chain/P2P experience including at least one full lifecycle S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation, OR 8+ years of similar experience with a master’s degree.
• Familiar with Flexible workflow, reverse logistics, serialization, ATP, Vertex tax engine, SAP BTP, standard APIs, EDI, and MDG.
• Module Integrations with core elements along with data exchange with other applications. This includes external procurement platforms, inventory planning, third party logistics (3PL) and Accounts Payable platform.
• Proven track record of architecting complex, end-to-end supply chain landscapes—integrating SD/OTC, MM/P2P, EWM, and PS—while aligning technical solutions with overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and requirements through strategic discovery, utilizing technical thought leadership, discussing industry best practices, and delivering a technical solution that meets the business need.
• Design end-to-end architecture flows covering Procure to Pay and Order to Cash, keeping architecture, integrations, and data flow current.
• Lead and attend business meetings, prepare and deliver technical proposals with appropriate business acumen for the audience, and respond to solution and technology questions.
• Architect and propose solutions by asking probing questions to collect information that enables the architecture team to be more effective.
