KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Senior SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant for a 12-month remote contract aligned to Mountain Time hours. The role focuses on enterprise SAP Signavio implementation, governance, and process maturity.

Required are 7+ years in process transformation and 4+ years hands-on SAP Signavio work, plus governance expertise and stakeholder management. Remote with occasional travel; Denver alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of SAP Signavio
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models, process governance standards, and process ownership structures
• Configure and administer Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Process Intelligence, and Process Insights capabilities
• Design approval workflows, repository management practices, version control standards, security roles, and user permissions
• Develop governance dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting to support compliance, adoption, and process maturity objectives
• Partner with business, SAP, architecture, process governance, and data teams to define governance strategy, roadmaps, and platform integrations
• Lead change management, stakeholder engagement, training, onboarding, and enterprise adoption initiatives

Our client, a leading energy organization, is seeking a Senior SAP Signavio Implementation & Governance Consultant to join their team.

Contract Details

• Duration: 12-month contract, from October 19, 2026 through October 18, 2027
• Work Arrangement: Remote, Mountain Time business hours
• Travel may be required

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise implementation, configuration, administration, and optimization of SAP Signavio
• Establish scalable governance frameworks, operating models, process governance standards, and process ownership structures
• Configure and administer Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, Process Intelligence, and Process Insights capabilities
• Design approval workflows, repository management practices, version control standards, security roles, and user permissions
• Develop governance dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting to support compliance, adoption, and process maturity objectives
• Partner with business, SAP, architecture, process governance, and data teams to define governance strategy, roadmaps, and platform integrations

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

• 7+ years of experience in business process transformation, process excellence, SAP, or related disciplines
• 4+ years of hands‑on SAP Signavio implementation, configuration, and administration experience
• Expert‑level experience with SAP Signavio Governance, including process ownership, approval workflows, repository management, and version control
• Hands‑on experience configuring and administering Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub, Governance, and Process Intelligence capabilities
• Experience implementing and scaling SAP Signavio within large enterprise environments
• Experience with Process Intelligence, Process Mining, platform security, permissions, roles, and enterprise integrations
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, change management, training, and onboarding experience

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice‑to‑Haves)

• SAP Signavio certification(s)
• Utility, energy, or other regulated industry experience
• Experience building process governance programs and operating models from the ground up
• Experience developing enterprise governance strategies and driving process standardization initiatives
• Experience supporting large-scale business process transformation programs
• Advanced knowledge of process governance development and design
• Experience with Jira and Confluence

Work Environment

• Location: Remote; role is aligned to Denver, CO

• Schedule: Standard business hours, primarily 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with preference for Mountain Time alignment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $87.00 and $125.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
