Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Security Representative to deliver multi-discipline security support for SAP, SCI, and collateral data.

You will perform day-to-day security analysis, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DoD overprints, and SAP policies, while guiding policy development and staff training. The role requires 10+ years of related experience and 2+ years SAP experience, with TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph eligibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related experience
• 2+ years SAP experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area OR Associate’s degree in a related area + 2 years’ experience OR equivalent experience (4 years)
• TS/SCI clearance required; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• SFPC/SPSC/SPED equivalents may count toward experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM and related policies and DoD overprint requirements
• Assist in developing procedures for safeguarding SAP/SCI and collateral data
• Provide day-to-day security support and identify shortfalls with recommendations
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to tests and training operations
• Coordinate SAP security education and awareness programs and lessons learned
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members
• Conduct SAP facility compliance reviews and corrective action tracking
• Notify program staff of pertinent security matters and incidents
• Lead investigations into loss or suspected loss of classified information
