Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III, SAP Security & GRC to lead SAP security, IAM, and GRC operations supporting the Retail Spine transformation. You will oversee role design, access controls, and audit readiness across S/4HANA and integrated systems.

The role partners with SAP teams, Audit, InfoSec, and vendors to ensure secure, compliant SAP operations and ongoing risk mitigation across the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC Access Control.
• 3–5+ years leading security or technical teams in large SAP landscapes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP role design, SoD, Firefighter, GRC Access Control, and audit frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across SAP Security and GRC functions for S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori and integrated systems.
• Own SAP role design standards, including catalog governance, SoD, and access workflows.
• Define identity and access management integration standards (SSO, MFA, Azure AD) across SAP landscape.
• Lead SAP GRC platform operations including Access Control, Firefighter, access reviews, and audit readiness.
