Job summary

Constellation West seeks a security-focused professional to oversee SAP classifications and facility security for USSTRATCOM programs. You will manage databases, process indoctrinations/debriefs, and coordinate with DoD and intelligence community partners.

The role requires coordinating with civilian, military, and contractor teams, preparing precise briefings, and maintaining compliant security infrastructure across accredited facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be fully vaccinated and provide proof if hired.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ security concepts knowledge to plan and implement procedures across DoD, Joint Staff, services, and national agencies.
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing to senior USSTRATCOM leaders with clear, concise materials.
• Ability to establish effective professional relationships with civilian, military, and other contractors for mission success.
• Proficiency using computers and Microsoft Office Suite to develop briefs, correspondence, and databases.
• Awareness of EO, DoD, CJCS directives and other security regulations for facilities, communications equipment, personnel, and computers.
• Understanding of combatant commands, Joint Staff, OSD, and related USG agencies.
• Ability to ensure information is technically correct and to present accurate reports to personnel.

Responsibilities

• Classify, mark, and audit SAP-level information; maintain an up-to-date SAP inventory.
• Review CONOPS, orders, evaluations to determine appropriate classification.
• Provide security oversight, management, and support to ACCM programs extended to USSTRATCOM.
• Submit program requests, conduct indoctrinations, and debriefs; manage databases and physical security.
• Support DoD SAPs extended to USSTRATCOM; ensure regulatory standards are met.
• Submit program requests, indoctrinations, debriefs; maintain facilities security and related duties.
• Maintain SAP accredited facilities database and related support information and documentation.
• Assist in physical security inspections of USSTRATCOM SAP facilities.
• Assist with transportation, couriering, and destruction of SAP IT equipment/material when required.
