Job summary

Westernacher Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Architect to lead end-to-end OTC designs. You will drive architecture, integration with FI/MM, and S/4HANA migrations across global programs.

You’ll collaborate with presales and client teams, translating business requirements into scalable SAP SD architectures while ensuring high-quality delivery and process optimization across complex landscapes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes.
• Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong expertise in SD modules: sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns.
• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformations and OTC architecture.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI and MM modules.
• Experience in designing end-to-end OTC solution architectures.
• Strong understanding of revenue processes, customer billing, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications in SD/OTC processes is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or related field.
• SAP SD / S/4HANA certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of SAP OTC (SD) solutions.
• Design end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and returns.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, and other enterprise systems.
• Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization of sales processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD solution designs.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and rollout projects.
• Provide expertise in revenue processes, billing flows, and customer order management.
• Collaborate with technical teams for custom development and enhancements.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through testing, validation, and deployment support.
• Act as a client-facing advisor for OTC process improvements and best practices.
• Support presales activities including solution design and client presentations.
